The villa is located in the small urbanization
of Crestatx, a quiet area between Sa Pobla and Pollensa, a small
residential area without hotels.
This beautiful and stylish single
storey house is built on a plot of 2100 m2 and has a surface of 250 m2.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a toilet, a large
living dining room with open fireplace and Astra satellite television,
