This romantic holiday villa
(max. 10 people) is built with natural stone and is located in
the north of Mallorca, about 3 km distance the town
of Pollensa.
The holiday villa is surrounded by a large garden with
swimming pool, shady and sunny places and a wonderful view over the
country to the mountain Puig de Maria. The pool
has roman steps. The
garden is planted with lawn, and is furthermore equipped with fruit
trees, palm trees, olive trees and mediterranean plants.
Next to the house is a covered barbecue terrace with brick
built barbecue. There is also a jacuzzi outside.
The house is built on two floors, that
combines the traditional with the modern style.
The
ground floor has a large living dining room, fireplace, satellite TV
and a large dining area with table for 10 people. Furthermore
a spacious kitchen with access to the pool area, ideal for outdoor
dining and a dining table for 6. One bedroom, a
shower room and bathroom are as well on the ground floor.
Upstairs are four bedrooms, all equipped with air
conditioning. One of these bedrooms has a
bathroom en suite and breathtaking views of the garden and pool area.
