The natural stone villa is located just outside Pollensa town and enjoys stunning views on the surrounding mountains.

This well maintained holiday villa is located near Pollensa with its shops, restaurants, a historic centre, and the famous weekly market. The coast with long sandy beaches and the coastal towns of Alcudia and Puerto de Pollensa can be reached in 10 minutes.

The country house is located on a 3000 sqm of land with garden, a large 5x10 m swimming pool and jacuzzi. The villa has a large covered terrace with garden furniture, dining table, chairs and a cosy sitting area. Next to the pool is an indoor stone barbecue with sink is (so-called summer kitchen).

The holiday home has room for 8. There are four bedrooms with four bathrooms en suite. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have a nice view of the garden. Furthermore, the holiday villa has a spacious living dining room and kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher and all other necessary utensils like a dishwasher.
