very well-maintained semi-detached holiday house in Alcanada, part of
Alcudia in the north of Mallorca. This
house has a living surface of 220 m2 and is divided into 3 levels.
The house is built on a slope. The entrance of the
house is on the ground floor. On
this level there is a large living-dining room with satellite
television and direct access to the balconies with seaview. The
well equipped kitchen also has a direct exit to the balcony. Furthermore,
there is a bedroom with an extension bed and a bathroom with shower and
toilet.
The first floor is the sun terrace. Also
on
the first floor are 3 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and
one more bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have a
balcony.
From
the balconies you get into the garden area with pool, garden beds and
shower.
