This is a very well kept and
refurbished mallorca style holiday home for 6 people, located
between Ca`n Picafort and Muro in the countryside of the north of
Mallorca. It is situated on a 15,000 m2 plot, surrounded by fruit trees and a beautiful garden.
The surface area is 100 m2 and is built on one level. There is a living dining room with ASTRA satellite TV, an open kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge
freezer and all necessary small appliances. In a separate room behind the kitchen is the washing machine and dryer.
Furthermore, there are 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. Outside is a large covered terrace with garden furniture, a brick barbecue, a 7 x 5 m pool with sun lounger and a shower at the pool.
