The ground floor has an open kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and all necessary small appliances, it is integrated in the common spacious, bright living and dining area. From the dining area leads directly to the terrace. Also on the ground floor are the 3 bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms have 2 single beds and one has a double bed and bathroom en suite. There is one further bathroom.

The first floor is another living room with access to large balcony.

Outside there are sun lounges a very nice terrace with pool, outdoor shower and sufficient. A building barbecue with sink is ideal for fine barbecue evenings.
