The newly built holiday cottage is ideal for a small family and is located between Sa Pobla and Alcudia, near the
nature reserve of Albufera. This modern cottage is situated on a plot of 21000m2 and has a fenced in garden of about 1500m2. The whole house is built at ground level and has a beautiful garden with palm trees and century old olive
trees.
The pool in the middle of the garden is 8x4m.
The open kitchen with gas hob, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and all necessary small appliances turns into a living-/ dining room with ASTRA satellite TV. There is also a 35m2 large covered terrace which is completely closable with glass sliding doors. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and has a private bathroom. There are another 2 bedrooms, each with a
single bed and another bathroom. All rooms also have mosquito nets.
