The ground floor has a living-dining room with satellite TV, an open kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary small appliances. In the pantry is the fridge/freezer. On this level is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

In the outdoor area is a large terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a swimming pool 9x4m with 8 sun loungers, surrounded by lawn, a bathroom and a shower at the pool.
