This simple holiday home for 12 people is located just outside the old town of Alcudia on a 10000m2 plot. The living surface is about 215 m2 and is built on two levels. Both floors are identical.

Each floor has a living-dining room with satellite TV, an open kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary small appliances. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds, a bathroom with a bath and a bathroom with shower. Both living rooms and all bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan.

The first floor is accessible by a separate access via external staircase and has a large balcony with sea view of Pollensa Bay. In the outdoor area is a large terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a pool7.4 x 4 ms with 12 sun loungers, surrounded by lawn and a shower at the pool.
