The villa is located in a quiet area between Son
Serra de Marina and Colonia San Pere.
The property consists of a main house plus an annex, which has a
studio, equipped with two single beds, air conditioning, a sitting area
with TV, bathroom with shower.
In the house itself, there is a living-dining
room, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, etc.
There are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms
with bath. There is also a
separate laundry room. On the lawn
surrounded by 8x3, 5m large swimming pool with sun beds is also the
barbecue
