It is located near the town of Pollensa and is built on two floors.
The living area consists of approximately 290m2. Outside there is a
pool of 10 x 5m which is surrounded by a sun terrace with 12 sun beds.
The ground floor has a kitchen with gas hob,
fridge freezer, microwave and all necessary appliances, living room
with satellite TV (not sky),also on the ground floor there are two
bathrooms and three bedrooms. Upstairs are three more bedrooms, a bathroom.
