This is a rustic country house which is outside of Pollensa in quiet location and has airconditioning warm/cold in the livingroom and all bedrooms.

This country house in the local mallorcan style is built on a 6000m2 plot and has a living area of approximately 140 m2 on one level. It has a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave,  all necessary small appliances and seating for 6 people.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms of which 2 are en suite. The living room is furnished with sofas, satellite TV, DVD, fireplace and dining table for 6. The house is surrounded by a large well-kept garden with pool. Departure and arrival in july and august only saturdays.
