This is a large rustic villa, with capacity for 10 persons and lies outside of Pollensa, situated in a quiet area. This large country house is built on a 4500m2 plot and has a living area of about 150 m2 on two levels and has air conditioning in all bedrooms.

On the ground floor is a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and all necessary small appliances. The ground floor has one bedroom, a bathroom and a living room. The living room is furnished with sofas, satellite TV and dining table for 10 people.

On the first floor there are 4 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The house is surrounded by a well kept garden with lawn, palm trees, fig trees, a terrace with a barbecue and with a pool. In July and August, Saturday is the only day of departure and arrival.
