The villa lies in
the north of Majorca, approximately 3 km from Ca'n
Picafort Ca'n Picafort has supermarkets, restaurants, promenade
and all water sport possibilities. The Finca or country house is an
outstanding mixture between modern and rustic residential style. The
house is built with visible stone masoning, has big light areas,
terraces and winter garden, it has 2 big pools, one is 57 cm deep
and the other with normal depth and a hydraulic chair for
wheelchair drivers. Air conditioning.
There are a
masoned grill position and a beautiful garden with palms.
Because it is built on sloping ground it does in fact have two ground
floors - one at the front and the other at the back
