This area is nicely furnished for both relaxing and dining whilst overlooking the quieter end of the pinewalk and the bay of Pollensa. To one side of the living area is the kitchen which comes complete with dishwasher and microwave.

An inner hall leads to the bedroom accommodation and this consists of a twin with patio doors onto the side balcony and sea views. Next to this is the master twin and this has a full bathroom en suite. The final bedroom has bunk beds with picture windows and adjacent to this is a shower room with wc.

The front entrance to the apartment building is directly off a wide selection of the Pinewalk and this pretty corner of the bay has a sandy beach. The centre of Puerto Pollensa is approximately a 10 minute stroll, but there are a few small shops, supermarkets and the odd restaurant en route.
