Charming little cottage at
the end of a lane that takes you to the La
Coma Valley on the way to Lluc. In a very secluded and unspoilt area,
you reach the house through a field shared with sheep. Pollensa is the
nearest town approx 5km. away.
The villa is comfortably furnished in rustic style, the accommodation is on two floors. The ground floor comprises kitchen/dining area with microwave oven and dishwasher, air conditioning, small sitting room with TV, DVD, video and cassette player, and French windows on to the pool area. On the ground floor there is also one single bedroom and small bathroom with hip bath, double bedroom (air conditioned) with en suite full bathroom. There are steps up to the first floor where there is a twin bedroom (air conditioned) with full en suite bathroom and roof terrace. Outside there is a lawn for sunbathing with partially fenced pool, and a broad terrace furnished for outdoor dining that looks onto the surrounding hills. Portable BBQ and washing machine in outside laundry area. On spring and autumn afternoons the mountain cools the grounds with shade and in all seasons the house provides walkers and naturalists with a perfect base. Description
