a private pool. The property is built all on one level and is

character and charm. There are two twin bedrooms and a master double
bedroom and two bath/shower rooms. Access from the front terrace leads
into a small entrance hall and then the open plan lounge/dining area.
There are comfy sofas, Satellite TV and DVD player. Double doors open
onto the covered rear terrace and pool area, which has wooden dining
table and chairs, a great place to dine alfresco. The spacious open
kitchen/diner is directly off the lounge area. Fully equipped with
electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. There
is also direct access to the rear terrace from the kitchen. To the rear
of the property and adjacent to the pool we find the attractive BBQ
casita house which also houses the washing machine. Les Fiqueres has
Central heating for early/late season. and complimentary Air
Conditioning in all bedrooms.
