A small family run group of apartments.The apartments have one or two bedrooms, and are set out in nine blocks on an area of approximately 3,500 metres.

They are in a quiet residential area, only 850 yards walk from the beach and town centre. The apartments comprise of a bed settee (children up to 12 years of age) in the lounge. Fitted kitchen with electric oven and fridge, microwave is available if required. Safety deposit box, fan, TV (also DVD if required), terrace or balcony. Rates include: cleaning three times a week. There is a small lounge, two swimming pools and a children's pool. There is a a play area for children, and a laundry room for general use. Some of the apartments have air-conditioning which is available on payment of a supplement of only €12 per day. (must be booked in advance)
 
There are bars and restaurants and a supermarket at approx. 100 metres. In Puerto Pollença you can practise a variety of activities. Golf in Pollença and Alcudia. Paragliding, cycling, tennis, boat trips (including fishing and diving), water sports, sailing, wind surf, water skiing and kite surf.

The bay of Pollença, with its Port, is one of the most beautiful spots in the world. The beach is wide and well kept. It has all necessary services. The modern yacht club offers excellent service in boating, maintenance and storage. It has plenty of activity and boasts many sport, sailing and fishing events.

The beaches of Cala San Vicente and Formentor, only 6 kms away , are well worth a visit to see the beautiful landscape.
