Electric hob, microwave. The complex is in a quiet residential area just 15 minute walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa and beaches. Access to laundry area within the complex. covered terrace / balcony.

There are bars and restaurants and a supermarket at approx. 100 metres. In Puerto Pollença you can practise a variety of activities. Golf in Pollença and Alcudia. Paragliding, cycling, tennis, boat trips (including fishing and diving), water sports, sailing, wind surf, water skiing and kite surf.

The bay of Pollença, with its Port, is one of the most beautiful spots in the world. The beach is wide and well kept. It has all necessary services. The modern yacht club offers excellent service in boating, maintenance and storage. It has plenty of activity and boasts many sport, sailing and fishing events.

The beaches of Cala San Vicente and Formentor, only 6 kms away , are well worth a visit to see the beautiful landscape.
