The
villa is situated in the north of the island near to one of the most
beautiful and extensive beaches in Mallorca (bay of Alcudia).
This
villa is easily accessed from the motorway and only approximately 1
kilometre from Sa Pobla where you can find a variety of amenities
shops, bars and cafes etc. nearby there is also a wide
range of sporting activities.
This modern villa is decorated in a beautiful rustic style and is
complimented by the well kept gardens, pool, spacious terrace with a
porch, BBQ and large salon with air conditioning. The dining room
offers lovely views over the gardens. A fully fitted kitchen, 3
bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor and
offer 1 with a double bed and the other has 2 single beds.
On the First floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and en suite
bathroom.
This is an ideal location to spend a holiday with a small group of
friends or family. Air conditioning, if required, is an extra 10 €uros
per day to cover electricity costs.
