Cala San Vincente is a lovely, small
resort set in what is still essentially a fishing village. Situated on
the north eastern coast, about three miles (5km) from Pollensa, Cala
San Vincente boasts spectacular scenery, charming old houses and three
beaches.
The house has two
identical floors (e.g. there is a kitchen on each floor), it can
therefore be rented as one property sleeping 12 or alternatively as one
or two separate apartments each sleeping six. If you wish to book just
one floor you naturally will not have exclusive use of the pool or the
property.
The property is in a quiet area, but only a few minutes stroll to the
beach, and
approximately 50 metres from restaurants. Outside there is a
pool.
Either as a house for 12, or two apartments for 6, this house
represents excellent value for money.
