This luxury holiday villa is in Alcanada - Alcudia
(sleeps 10, max. 11), a quiet residential area and has a wonderful view
over the bay of Alcudia. The house is newly built and has 3 floors.
The ground floor has a bedroom and a bathroom, large modern living /
dining room with balcony and a spacious, modern kitchen. In the lower
floor there are further 4 bedrooms, 2 of them have a bathroom en suite
and another bathroom.
On the ground floor there is the great spa with an indoor pool, a nice
whirlpool and some fitness equipment. There is also a toilet and a
shower.
From this area you come to the outdoor area with pool and
sun beds. The villa is equipped with WIFI, air conditioning hot / cold
and luxurious details: garage with rotating platform, washing machine
and dryer. Only a few metres away is a small supermarket, and the house
is located close to the famous Alcanada Golf Course and Port d`Alcudia.
