We require 25% of the total price as a non-refundable deposit to be paid at the time you make your booking. The balance must be paid not less than six weeks before your date of arrival. We prefer that his deposit is paid by debit or credit card (there is no credit surchage on deposits) as this allows us to immediately confirm your booking.

Payments can be made by debit card, credit card, internet transfer, or by depositing a cheque or cash at any branch of Lloyds TSB in the UK. Alternatively cheques can be sent by post to Lloyds TSB, The Parade, Liskeard, Cornwall PL14 6AW. Whichever you choose please quote the following, account name: Escape2majorca Ltd, sort code 30-95-08  account number 01780202. In the case of last minute bookings we only accept credit card, or cash paid into any Lloyds bank quoting the above reference numbers.
A paying in slip can be printed out from http://www.escape2majorca.com/paycheque.htm

We strongly recommend the deposit is paid by credit card so we can give you instant confirmation of your booking. Deposits paid by bank transfer can take several days to reach our bank and only after receipt of your deposit can your booking be confirmed. We would strongly advise that no flights are booked until we have received your deposit and the cheque has cleared our bank account.

N. B. Balance payments, where time is not a factor, these should ideally be paid by a UK debit card, internet bank transfer or cheque. Should you prefer to make the balance payment by credit card then we must add a credit surcharge of 3%.

On your arrival in Alcudia, you will be met by Costamar, the managing agents of the property, who will provide the keys and take you to the property. They will be available to give you any help you may need during your stay in Mallorca. Please note Costamar will not meet any plane which is scheduled to arrive after midnight in Palma as the office in Alcudia only stays open until 2am and then re-opens at 9am. They do require a refundable security deposit of €300. This can be paid by cash or visa, it is to cover any accidental damage to the property, and the use of central heating and electricity. All we ask from you is a credit card deposit slip which can be torn up at the end of your stay. Without air conditioning the electricity costs are usually nominal.

The property is fully serviced before your arrival and after your departure. Should you require additional cleaning, it is available at a charge of 14 euros an hour.  Prices quoted are the total cost per week, excluding central heating which can be either oil-fired (currently €1 per litre) or electric depending on the property.  Also excluded is the cost of electricity (currently €0.18 per unit) and other extras such as cots etc.
Extras:  Cot £45 -  High chair £15 - Extra bed  £112 - on a weekly basis.  Cots and extra bed also includes towels and linen

Subject to availability you can choose any arrival and departure day and you can stay for as many days as you wish providing the booking is for a minimum of one week. To calculate the cost simply divide weekly charge by 7 and then multiply that amount by the total number of days you wish to stay.

The property details on this website are provided to us by the managing agents/owners responsible for the property. We are not able to check the details or visit all the properties to ensure that they match the descriptions and to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any mistakes in the descriptions of the properties. In the unlikely event that you should have any complaints about the property, or your booking, these should be taken up with the managing agents who represent the owners of the properties. Your contract will be directly with the owner of the property.

As the owners of this web site, our service to you, is solely the provision of a directory of properties to rent in Mallorca.
